Totally unexpected and unusual, Microsoft began testing Windows 10 updates that will be released only next year. This company typically publishes two upgrades annually and tests it publicly, through its beta test group. Although it has not yet begun testing the next upgrade for 2019, with the code name 19H2, Microsoft Windows Insider chief Dona Sarkar announced that their new update for 2020 requires more detailed testing than usual.
This upgrade, codenamed 20H1, will be released in the first half of the next year, but that the changes made in it have to go through more lengthy and more serious testing than usual updates.
Otherwise, Microsoft is currently in the process of finalizing the next major Windows 10 update, which will be released in April (with the code name 19H1). The final version of this upgrade will be delivered to beta testers during March. It is expected a new bright theme, separating Cortan’s assistant from the Windows search option, as well as new embedded Office applications.
